On Wednesday, August 24th 2022, Critical Insight will release the Healthcare Data Breach Report for the first six months of 2022.

Twice a year, our researchers go through every reported healthcare data breach to uncover attacker tactics and trends. This time it shows that the total number of breaches is down 6% when comparing the first half of 2022 with the first half of 2021. We’re seeing changes in the types of organizations getting breached the most and we’re seeing some evolution in criminal tactics.
